Video KYC Verification (vKYC)
It will take just a few minutes to update your signature in our records if you have all the required things.
Things Required
Your original physical PAN card
A blank white paper with black/blue pen for live signature
Ample light and a clear background
A stable network connection
Company stamp (If you are the authorized signatory)
Please Note
The vKYC service is available between 10 am to 12 am on all working days, including all Saturdays (except national holidays).
You have to be present in India while doing the vKYC.
We will share the vKYC link on your registered email ID & mobile no. via SMS. Upon clicking on the link, we will connect you to one of our executives for vKYC verification. The link will be valid for 3 working days only.
If you get dropped during the vKYC process, reconnect using the same link, & we'll help you complete the vKYC.
Video KYC Consent
I hereby give my consent to complete my KYC through VCIP (Video Customer Identification Process) as prescribed by RBI and processing of personal data (Name, PAN, D.O.B, Photograph, latitude/Longitude and Signature) and agree to abide by the terms and conditions laid down by the Bank for updating the signature.
