- I am above 18 years of age & have completed my KYC (ID & Address Proof) with HDFC Bank
- I have an active Savings/Salary account
- I have my NetBanking/Debit Card details handy for identity verification
- To complete eKYC, I’ve my Aadhaar updated in bank records & also have my Aadhaar No. or VID handy.
- I have my PAN updated in the bank records & my physical PAN card is within reach for video KYC (vKYC). If not, I understand a branch visit is required.
Important Information
- You only need your Aadhaar No. & physical PAN card for verifying the change in your name and vkYC, if:
a. Your Aadhaar No. is updated in the bank records &
b. You have updated your new name in Aadhaar. - If you do not have your Aadhaar No., visit the nearest branch to update your name in HDFC Bank records.
- We will update your name in all the accounts linked to your Customer ID.
